The Declaration ~ The Resistance

Heyy these are really cool books. The first one is called The Declaration and the sequel is called The Resistance, and they’re by Gemma Malley.
They are set in I think 2140 (or something) and due to the fact that humans have discovered the key to immortality, the earth becomes EXTREMELY overpopulated, therefore it is illegal to have kids.

The main characters are illegal children (who are called ‘Surpluses’) and they are at like a prison place where they learn how to be slaves, etc, etc.

am going to give my copies of each book to the library so everyone can borrow and read them, seeing as I’ve already read them!!
